Who gets a portal?
Every Hahn Homes client. Each home we build gets its own portal, and we set it up for you. There is nothing to buy and nothing to install.
Do I need to download an app?
No. The portal works in any web browser. Sign in from a phone, a tablet, or a computer, and it fits whatever screen you are on.
What can I actually do in it?
See your construction schedule and move-in countdown, look at new progress photos from the job site, make and approve your finish selections, see every choice side by side on your design board, message your builder, read your documents, change orders and invoices, and report anything that needs looking at before or after you move in.
Can I see my selections before I decide?
Yes. Every option shows a real product picture and the real color or style name, and your design board puts every finish you have chosen side by side on one page. There is also an explore and wishlist page where you can save what you like without changing any official choice.
Does it cost anything?
No. The portal is included with every home we build.
